I have the same problem on many of my websites, on few servers. This problem is not related to this plugin only. It shows on installations also without any plugins. I guess it is big WordPress error.
I have exact same problem. Same error.
I was trying to upgrade from MailPoet 2, but I can’t open Settings page.
I tried deactivating all plugins, and leave only MailPoet3, but this didn’t help.
Please help. Thank you.

Problem seems to be gone now! I can access my sites again.
Does this has anything to do with what your co-worker did ?
