I don’t feel good posting all the screenshots here but some of the details below.NOTICE Order ID = 7457 (Status = processing). Contact synced successfully (ActiveCampaign ID = 101090). Tags added: ,CONTEXT: {“_legacy”:true}
Order ID = 7459 (Status = processing). Contact synced successfully (ActiveCampaign ID = 101092). Tags added: CONTEXT: {“_legacy”:true}same day 7460 should have synced

add/ update says: When order status is processing (rather than completed) checked
For example this order should give 6 tags gave none…. It did sync the order but none of the tags your plugin should have synced
I included the log file, the plugin randomly seems so sync some orders but some not.Hope you can help me figure out what is going wrong and why some will and others won’t. I hope I have provided you with all the information you need.

Do you have a DHWC or checkout editor activated? De activating that solved my issue

I don’t know whereto look anymore.
