I have tested it at once, but it doesn’t seem to work.
The moment I activate “Allow iThemes Security to write to wp-config.php and .htaccess.” and make a change, it will still generate a .htaccess file.
My hoster than immediately locks the file and shows an alternative page which tells me there is an .htaccess file active and the website won’t show.
