Thanks for helping. I think the problem has been solved. Plugins were the problem. The site is ok now.

I am using the Customizr theme with its Child theme. When I work as the Admin and view the psge after making a change, everything is fine. When I go to view it on another computer, the site does not render properly.
Could a plugin cause the problem? What about uninstalling the theme and the reinstall.
