1- I don’t use “Mask Login Area” feature in Defender
2- I don’t use other/additional security plugin(s) on site
3- No any other/additional plugin/option (besides Defender) related to creation of custom login on site
4- about “Also, can you try setting the “Masking URL slug” option in “Defender -> Tools -> Mask Login Area” settings to some other slug – something that is not pointing to any existing page on site – then clear all caches on site and test again if that new URL is working for you?” >> I can’t login to website
