I believe there might be a misunderstanding regarding the issue. The settings you mentioned (Customizer β WooCommerce β Product Images) apply to the shop/catalog thumbnails, not to the single product page gallery thumbnails (the horizontal row of small images under the main product image).
My issue is specifically with the gallery thumbnails on the single product page. Whatβs strange is that: a) older products still display correctly β all thumbnails are cropped and have a consistent ratio. b) newer products suddenly display thumbnails in their original aspect ratios (3:4, 4:3, etc.), without cropping, which breaks the layout visually.
Nothing was manually changed on my side regarding image sizes or gallery behavior.

The Excerpt Source option was previously unavailable in my settings β most likely due to a plugin conflict or a corrupted installation. I ended up completely uninstalling and reinstalling the WP Telegram plugin, and now the option is visible and working as expected.
Everything is fine now!
I have one more question, if I may:
π Is there a way to include multiple product images (like a gallery or carousel) in the Telegram message?
If not in the free version, is this feature available in WP Telegram Pro?Thanks again for the great support!

However, there was a problem with adding a product to the cart (the product did not appear on the page cart). By the method of elimination, I found out that the problem goes away when deactivating the plugin Facebook for WooCommerce. I deleted it, installed it again and everything worked.
Tell me please, why could this situation happen? Damage to some files? What could have damaged them?Thanks again so much for your help!

Here’s what I did: I installed the plugin all-in-one-security as you advised and the plugin only revealed a minor discrepancy in wp-config.php (640 was recommended, but there was 644). Then I updated all the existing plugins. And tried to update the woocommerce plugin again. After which a critical error occurred. I contacted the hosting support service, they deactivated one of the plugins (code snippets), since WordPress wrote that the error was related to it: An error of type E_ERROR was caused in line 19 of the file /home4/public_html/wp-content/plugins/code-snippets/php/snippet-ops.php(582) : eval()’d code. Error message: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function is_woocommerce() in /home4/public_html/wp-content/plugins/code-snippets/php/snippet-ops.php(582) : eval()’d code:19
I was able to log into the admin panel, but the WooCommerce plugin was completely gone. I had to make a backup. After that, I tried to update the WooCommerce plugin again with the code snippets plugin disabled, but it started giving errors again:Update failed: Failed to copy file. woocommerce/assets/css/photoswipe/default-skin/default-skin.css

Hosting support responded to me: I have tried my best to fix this issue for your, but I am unable to see any server error on the website. Well, it’s not something we do provide support as it is related to the configuration of script/theme/plugin. Usually, we manage and support server related issues. so I kindly request you to contact the woocommernce plugin vendor to get help on this issue.

It seems that I understood why only the pages of the main language had problems with the layout.))) The pages of the secondary language use the Elementor template.
