I sincerely appreciate all of your help. I talked with GoDaddy again to see about the new wordpress install and they asked me more in detail as to the reason why I needed this.
After explaining, they opened an specialized ticket and checked the issues. Turns out, they discovered that the database table, which is supposed to keep the star rating (as a number of stars), was corrupted. I’m very happy to say the table has now been fixed and my ratings are available.
Thank you so much for offering several solutions for this.

Do you have a prefer web where I could upload a video to show you?

I checked the files but I couldn’t find a folder for single-product or loop. The single-product is directly a php file. I tried looking for the word rating inside of the file but no luck.

Yes, is the same with a new product.
I’m not sure how to start on a fresh WordPress installation, I may have to call my hosting provider to see if I have that option.
I do have access to my theme directory. Should I look for something specific?

I asked GoDaddy to clear the server-side cache and they did. Still, no changes.
What else can we do?

- Yes, all the plugins are off. Only Woocommerce is on.
- Yes, I already tried putting a new review.
- No, the stars are not being saved on Products → Reviews https://ibb.co/CKTjvFjs
- As the stars are not being saved on reviews, they also do not appear on the FrontEnd.
What would the next steps be?

I will try this later, however, this 6.8.1 version not updating doesn’t only happen on my staging site, it also happens on my PROD site. More over, the 6.8.2 version was released on July 15th. I’ve been having this issue since way before.
I will reach out to GoDaddy and come back.

I have already tried to updated it to the latest version, but can’t. When I select the ‘Check again’, it still gives me the 6.8.1 version as I put in the previous screenshot.
I don’t know if you checked the previous screenshot but, as you can see, I deactivated all plugins and switched to Storefront theme. The test review was put by Moses, I approved it and you can see in the screenshot that through dashboard there are no stars (https://ibb.co/Pv7r5P6T), and through Frontend, same result. The stating site currently has all the plugins down except Woocommerce. https://2ne.0f3.myftpupload.com/producto/open-sesame/
As I can’t update WordPress throuh Dashboard -> Updates -> Check again and I already have the Staging environment set to what you asked and I have already done the test you asked twice, what else can we do/try?
