I finally got mine to work. Had to go to Bit.ly website and revoke permission (there were 2 WP Bitly there for some reason) then I let it know that I was using https:// instead of http:// – That seemed to fixed my issue
As I mentioned on other post, mine also stopped working after the latest update. Here are the answers you might need.
1) What method are you using to retrieve the shortlink? Admin bar, “Get Shortlink” next to the permalink, etc.
* I am using the “Get Shortlink” default link on Admin Bar
2) Have you logged in to Bitly to verify if the shortlinks are being created and just not properly returned by the plugin?
* Links are NOT being created in Bit.ly
Mine also stopped working after the latest update. I have reauthorized the plugin through the Dashboard > Settings > Writing but the issue still persist. Any help will be appreciated. Thank you.
