Sadly, everything you suggested did not work.
Safari and Chrome are up to date and have no extension installed.
Both browsers also accept cookies. Still, both browsers did not work.

I also tried to manually input the cookies into the browsers, so my website would recognise it, and it worked. So the real problem really is, that Chrome and Safari just wont accept the cookies from the link.

I really hope, there is something in there that can help.

Edit: For the next 2 days, its not possible to deactivate any plugins that are active, because of an ongoing event.
