    don’t forget I also said your LMS is by far the very best software, that is totally true.

    and please if possible refine your support, I will totally go on recorded to say I absolutely do believe you have integrity and intentions to have far better support. The 2 suggestions that could be an immediate and fairly simple fix:

    1. Less reliance on automated/templated SOP troubleshooting responses after the initial support request.
    2. fix the uploading of documents and files so it can be uploaded directly and with less data size restrictions.

    those two things should be fairly inexpensive and easy fixes (not for me I lack programming skills) and also fairly cheap to do. I think those two adjustments would greatly improve your support to an outstanding status.

    again, just suggestions..

    The actual support once it was undertaken, I should point out, was outstanding and must be noted! it was just that little issue of getting to that point which feel my two suggestions would fix that.

    and you are welcomed to share this response, it’s a favourable response and you have earned it and I have no issue with you using it to show you do take your support including improving it seriously.
