1. The page’s template is set to “Default template”.
2. Yes, it’s set to the same page. If I set it to something else – Terms & Conditions, for example – the product categories no longer appear at the bottom.I assume you mean the page edit screen. I’m unable to capture the whole page in Firefox due to dual horizontal scroll bars of which Firefox’s screenshot function “recognizes” only one and doesn’t “scroll” the whole height of the page in the editor during capture.
I can, however, screenshot the relevant page fragment: [snipboard.io/TE4bOB.jpg]. Below the cover picture text there’s no product categories block, only the end of the page editor and the beginning of the Yoast SEO panel, so I can’t just drag the blocks to rearrange them.
