Yes, it is a child theme .. copied directory, changed name etc. I’ll look at the custom CSS plugin though. Thanks.
The STARK-LITE theme is downloaded from the ww.wp.xz.cn website.

It’s the stark theme as it is listed at the bottom of the page.
I installed it from the themes / install section in wordpress itself. I didn’t do much else than change the background and try and change the header.

I can change the header to any color – the body color seems to extend to the full length of the page.
