And thank you for considering my input. I’m looking for free trials to be available only to new/unregistered users. It’s probably me who should have made my subscriptions as upgrade and downgrade options, but I’ve made my different offering packages as separate subscriptions, so I don’t want people to get a free month when they change between packages

I changed the email address and resent a couple of old payments, and it works now! Yay!
So it looks like it was the email casing that was the issue. How that got changed, I don’t know, it might be from a migration that my hosting provider did, but nevertheless, we figured it out.I am very grateful for your help and now you have something to put in 2.16.2 🙂

(also, I would love it if there was a toggle so that the free trial period for a subscription only applies to new users, not existing ones.. perhaps that could go in 2.16.2 also)Hello again,
I just checked and it looks like the IPN messages are being received by my server, but somehow not processed.

I tried to follow your steps but everything looks correct with the email in place and IPN turned on:

I also tried retriggering the latest 25 PIN messages, but they still don’t show up in my payments history in PMS.Any additional ideas would be more than welcome 🙂
I just ran a test that the change in PayPal setup doesn’t seem to be what is causing the issue for me, but still, my question remains in terms of updating the API info and field names

Akismet Anti-Spam, All In One WP Security, All-in-One WP Migration, Clear Cache For Me(Wuhu!), CoBlocks, Contact Form 7, Custom API for WP, Formidable Forms, Formidable Forms Pro, Formidable Visual Views,Paid Member Subscriptions, Sucuri Security – Auditing, Malware Scanner and Hardening, Title Remover and WooCommerce.
The must use plugins are aios-firewall-loader.php, object-cache.php and System Plugin.
Do I need a caching plugin for for “clear cache for me” to work? I just retested, clicking the button works, saving forms doesn’t clear cache.
