So we tried to change the password it doesn’t update. It still uses the old password even though we put it in using different browsers. When we click save it is the old password if we type a character so we can see it shows the old password. Sorry it is kind of confusing and didn’t make sense to us either, I can make a video to show you what happens if that helps.
