Using the most recent woocommerce version 4.11 and made the updates regarding the appropriate link updates in a couple different spots in the utils.php with “https://apiv2.bitcoinaverage.com/indices/global/ticker/BTCUSD”.
Receiving this same error as everyone else before: Bitcoin Payment Gateway is NOT operational (try to re-enter and save settings): ERROR: Cannot determine exchange rates (for ‘USD’)! Make sure your PHP settings are configured properly and your server can (is allowed to) connect to external WEB services via PHP.

Anyone else receiving this error now or maybe it’s because i’m using 4.11?
