Thanks for that Krembo99,I’ve used that method before and bar that faults when facebook changed all it’s format and the RSS stopped working. It works spot on for me now.
I was actually wondering if there’s anything that will up date your blog if you write on your wall? Not the profile update but just the wall postings I might make.
