Problem still persists … When using CONDITIONAL LOGIC , help texts of fields that appear later when filling the form are not displaying on mouseover …
– use a sendmail plugin for wordpress
– set up a dedicated email account @ your provider for your wordpress installation
– set up sendmail plugin to send all wordpress email / form email via your secure smtp
