In reply to: Issues with Network Solutions wordpress hostingHow easy is it to get a URL transferred away from Network Solutions? We bought the URL in December with them. Can you recommend a hosting provider that is easy to work with for a simple wordpress site?

Unfortunately NetSol is very unwilling to help and keeps referring us to WordPress and says it’s their fault. I asked NetSol to purge the WordPress database and start us off fresh but they won’t do that either. Like I said before, we’re stuck in a circle of pain. We’re just going to have to cancel the service I suppose and get hosting elsewhere.

In reply to: Issues with Network Solutions wordpress hostingHi Tara, thanks for your help but I tried to see whether the Network Solutions package came with .org or .com wordpress… I went to .com and tried to logon and see whether or not my account had been registered and there was no track of it. That’s why I put up this message on the .org site. Can you confirm which one Network Solutions would have included in their hosting package? It’s so frustrating as I have no access in any case.
