@optimizingmatters yes, I ended up contacting HostGator and had them turn off their server-side caching, since they don’t give me any power to refresh the cache.
Now everything is fine when I clear the cache using WP Super Cache + Autoptimize 🙂
When you create the pixel, make sure to set it in “Developer Mode” instead of “Standard Mode”. Then you input the pixel id into the app and the events will trigger automatically.
I was so confused at first because I was always setting it up on standard mode and it required me to create the events manually.
