Ah, that did the trick! Turns out I didn’t have the Social Meta feature enabled. After doing so, the menu popped up, and the image is now showing up fine. I appreciate the help.
That is odd, my settings look much different. I’ve made sure that I’m running the latest version to which I can update (3.3.3):

Oddly enough, I do not have the option to upload an image within the Homepage settings.
I can only find Home Title, Home Description, Home Keywords & Use Static Front Page Instead.Changing the setting to use the static front page has no effect on the image either.
