I also noticed that the discount calculation is correct (it reduces 5%), but the text still shows “10% Discount,” so it seems the bug is with the displayed label.

Here is the screen record.
As you can see, when the 10% Discount Campaign is enabled, the 5% campaign stops working. The 10% discount is set to trigger at a $250 cart subtotal, but it still applies at $100, which is the condition for the 5% discount campaign.
