Yes I have done all I need to with Gator but I am really stuck now cause I can’t sign in to wp to finish the transfer. I have called BH they are waiting for me to get in to finish off.
no trying to move from gator host to Blue Host. all the files are trapped till I can get into wp
Yes that is the problem, in order to transfer the data & files, I need to login to WP and do the backup & export to blue host.but I am unable to log in. I know you can understand my frustration. The site was up and we started receiving posts from interested friends, but it has not been accessible for a week now.I don’t know what to do now.
