Just an update: It turns out that it was my WordPress builder that was causing the issue.
Solution: I installed another header plugin and the hamburger menus displayed properly on the translated menu links.

The second issue is, the language switcher, when you try change the language it’s fine, but try change it back, it shows “page can not be found”.
