In reply to: [WooCommerce] Product variations don’t workHello promkova,
The desired item was easily created correctly in my test.
e.g.
Size: L,M,S,XS
Color: blue, green, yellow
Do you perhaps have the separator (pipe symbol) -> “|” forgotten in the properties?
It’s not a capital “i” -> “I” but the pipe symbol to use -> “|”
e.g. with the colors: blue|green|yellow
Wait for your reply
Good morning carolm29,
thanks for supporing me further.
The steps to get into the failure are:
- Buy the Product(s) with the described problem
- Go to My Account > Orders
- By the whole old order with the button “by again”. >>Your approach to calling up an item from the old order doesn’t work at all for me because I can only put an entire order back in the shopping cart.<<
- Then the article shows the misrepresentation of the text in cart, as described above in my posts.
Happy to here from you soon…
Hi carolm29,
thanks for the support. Of course I can provide a csv file. Here you go…

I can also tell you that the output in storefront is pretty the same as in my used astra theme. My site is productive therefore i can not switch theme, but i tested it in a virtual machine.
Happy to here from you soon. Nice day for you too.
Hi @shameemreza
Unfortunately the problem remains after deactivating all plugins and my own entries in functions.php.
Switching to Storefront or TwentyTwentyFour didn’t bring any improvement. I also deactivated plugins and the functions.php entries there.Have you noticed that I use much longer texts in the properties for the variants? You only use one word, which cannot lead to my result because it is always output correctly.
Hey Shameem,
thank you for answering and sorry for late response.
Here is another try with other service.https://snipboard.io/FQoP08.jpg

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Why is meta data directly behind the variable product name?Hello MayKato,
Thanks for the answer!
The following is all that doesn’t work:
Product with only one attribute (with two choices)
https://snipboard.io/ksfobm.jpgShopping cart with product, product name and misplaced attribute meta information
https://snipboard.io/4fLRxk.jpgEmail with product, product name and misplaced attribute meta information
https://snipboard.io/OoA1N4.jpgThe following would work:
Product with two attributes (each with two choices)
https://snipboard.io/8OjTfL.jpgShopping cart with product, product name and correctly placed attribute meta information
https://snipboard.io/wLCGnk.jpgEmail with product, product name and correctly placed attribute meta information
https://snipboard.io/0yVQb3.jpgSo it seems to be due to the attribute combinations. If there are two attributes with two selections each, the meta information is displayed correctly in the workflow.
Thanks,
ok, i’ll give it a shot.
But i not really know where and what to change.
I will dig a bit 🙂
Maybe i’ll ask again…Thanks for answering!
But isn’t there an easier way?
In the backend I get the result as desired. Why is there no easy import option with csv? Since I have hundreds of these articles I would prefer this.additions:
in toppic it must be called csv and not cvs …
