I can confirm that this version is working fine on our site. Happy to assist where I can in debugging the issue. I still have the basic staging site with no plugins and Twenty Twenty Theme.

In reply to: [MC4WP: Mailchimp for WordPress] Lastest update 4.9.12 breaks websiteOK I’ve created a staging site removed the custom theme and used the Twenty Twenty theme. All plugins are disabled. As soon as I enable MC4WP I get the critical error. As soon as I delete the plugin folder (Cannot access Dashboard to disable the plugin) the site loads as expected.

How do I roll back to a previous version. I cannot see where to download.
Thank you for your response. I have reset the code to be displayed removing any width adjustments etc. There still seems to be an issue with the template. If I use a plain template (Default) the form is still offset and the window reduced. I have added your CSS as suggested. If I use the Sale Template all is good and the format works. This definitely changed after the recent upgrade to 3.4 and in your comment suggest the update was connected to styles. The issue I’m having is related to the styles. The site has been live for a while and nothing in the code changed, only the upgrade to the plugin.
I had previously disabled Caching for the purposes of testing and have disabled the machine again to test. It remains disabled for now.

With all due respect it is not unmotivated abuse but a comment on function. Nowhere have I abused anyone, but passed comment on the functionality of the free version. I can fully understand the single image restriction and happy with that, but not the additional restriction of the icon, it is not necessary. The plugin has been around a long time and a previous 1 star comment resulted in you amending your FAQ’s to highlight the variations between the free and paid versions. I would have hoped that equally my 1 start review would also resulted in the possible amendment of the product to remove the icon keeping the single image limitation, but you feel it necessary to take this as abuse rather than a suggestion to improve your product. I’m sorry you feel that way. Not sure why your reply to the previous 1 star review did not also mention abuse. I have amended my title.

Hi, OK I have reduced the images to 7 in the carousel, but the first and last images still remain blank on load. Having said that the issue only appears to happen in Safari, not Chrome or Edge.

Just to add this, this is an issue on Safari for iPad and iPhone. Page behind still scrolls.

Ok I have looked at this again and the issue seems to only manifest itself in Safari. Both Chrome and Edge the page scrolling is disabled.

Many thanks for your assistance. I have fixed the link text wrapping using the icon-button you suggested.
I went back to tick boxes as I realised I needed to give users the option to download more than one document which is fine if they make a selection.
However if the user does not make a selection, there is no error the form is submitted and they are presented with a link formatted like this:-
Standard Containers|SteriTouch Test Report|Environmental
The link then downloads the Standard Containers PDF file.
