OMG Thanks Gopeterb!! Removing the Redirection plugin totally did the trick.
I have no idea why it started acting like that but I would contact the person who made the plugin!!

I’m asking GoDaddy if they can re-set my PHP login. They did tell me they have limited support in with WordPress.
