I reinstalled 3.0.5 and I believe it’s working. I did two different banners and site is still up and running.

Simple Banner I had 3.05 before today when I purchase the license and got 3.08
I deleted Simple Banner and then closed my WP site, cleared all browser history and went to website and it worked.
I next followed your your id and loaded the last version BEFORE the up grade was available. Installed and tried the website. Same error message. I have now deactivated the version2.17.4 to await your instructionsSur I just activated the plugin and now went to my website – https://thegrandchildgiftco.com – and got this:
