I have the same problem. There is no comment showing up on my blog.
this is the test string I use:
http://example.com/?json=submit_comment&post_id=2962&name=msicc&[email protected]&content=test
The string that I get returned says always please include all required arguments (name, email, content)
Is there a general Problem now that WordPress has a public JSON API?

Thank you for your answer. Before I posted here, I already did all the above mentioned steps as they were amongst my search results.
If I go to http://msicc.net/?p=2636&comments&feed=rss2, I will be redirected to http://msicc.net/?feed=rss2&p=2636&comments, which shows articles, not comments.
The all comments feed is still working http://msicc.net/?feed=comments-rss2.
I really do not know what else I can do.
