I found this issue can be solve by going to
1. WPML > String Translation > Search bar
2. Search for the Site Name value
3. Delete
4. Then update the site name in Settings > GeneralMultiSite Clone Duplicator Version 1.3.2

This solution needs to be confirmed by the maintainer of this project.

@aesqe tried it just now. Working on my side but I have not thoroughly/heavily tested.

I would like to think that Aesqe would take sometime to debug and see why the fix is not working for us. What we can do for now is help him debug the issue. Thanks!
