We are not. Are there any logs we can look at to see what the payload being sent back to the webhook is/was?

In reply to: [WooCommerce Shipping] Error fetching label statusI uploaded the latest plugin-woocommerce-shipping. there is no wc-shipping. I am using USSP. Its over an hour later and still yellow box and refresh purchase status button is grayed out.

When the issue occurred I had two cards, credit card as primary (ran over $200 in shipping label purchases in Woo with it) and a Debit Credit card that was my old primary method, but now a backup. This is when the error occurred that caused me to open this case. Since these payment methods are connected to WordPress, I logged into my account and removed the primary Credit Card and left the Debit Credit card that was my old backup and the only card and now primary. Printing labels works..
Since then, I deleted that Debit Card and added the credit card back, and that still works.
So when I have another order to process I will try to add a second card and put it in the same configuration of primary / backup and try to print again. I will provide an update here when I do.Forum: Plugins

Also my wordpress show the charge then the refund every time I try to purchase a label and get the red error screen.

Awesome. Thank you for getting back to me. Is there any chance I can tap into that cookie to be able to disable a certain popup if a visitor has your cookie from using a referral link?
