Similar issue. I can get it to work in Test mode when logged into admin but I can’t get it to show up on the home page of the website?
The site is a one page site.. The popup should appear after 2 seconds and has a link to a separate “Special Offer” page. All of that works fine in Test mode.
What step am I missing to get it to appear on the site?
