Have moved wordpress away from instant 1and1 set-up and plugin works.

I set up the test site using 1and1 WordPress Click-n-Build application. However I have managed to install some plugins. Not sure if I have access to error logs 1and1 are not very helpful.
I just spotted this in the small print…
For security reasons, the following changes and modifications are not possible in Click-n-Build applications:
Installation of new templates, new plugins, new modules, new components, or new language packages.
Insertion of custom source code (e.g. HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or PHP) in preinstalled templates or other places in Click-n-Build applications.Forum: Plugins

I re-activated the plugin and leave as is for the rest of the day.
