    UPDATE:

As expected, I’ve upgraded to an “Access Pass” and I am in Automation heaven.

I am currently automating WP, Wishlist, BuddyBoss and PrestoPlayer automation not to mention that I am also “SCHEDULING” automations to kick-off at a specific time!

My business partner is using the AutomatorWP to target our remarketing email list with PrestoPlayer which has something to do with the amount of time a viewer watches a specific video; she’s elated with it.

Keep up the GREAT work Team AutomatorWP

I’m going to look around your site and see if you have an affiliate program as I have been recommending your plugin to a lot of people because it’s just a GREAT plugin and I might as well get a monetary benefit from it if it’s out there.

    OK, I found my answer.

Exclude these files(in Minify) if you are using BP Maps for Members:

    /pp-mm.js
    /markerclusterer.min.js

    Hi Guys,

I have this EXACT same problem and did what was suggested above but it did not resolve my problem.

What I had to do to resolve it temporarily until you can provide the permanent solution was to “disabled” the Minify button which I would rather NOT have to do.

FTR: I am using the Premium-Pro version on all my sites and they are having the same issues.

    Kindest regards.

    GREAT! and thank you.

    Sorry for the late replay

OK, Than you for the reply

    Wow and OK!

I have to back-track as I now see that this plugin is no longer a One-Time price. I was fortunate and perceptive enough to purchase it when it was.

    It’s still a great plugin!!!!

That’s true for both of us.

However, I have to back-track on the price as I now see that this plugin is no longer a One-Time price. We were fortunate and perceptive enough to purchase it when it was.

    Wow and OK!

    Hi Helloiniek,

    Your post intrigues me.

Were you trying to import your file via WordPress or FTP?

    Ok Yani,

I have been a champion of your plugin on this forum. I have been using it (the paid version) for well over two years and have never had an issue.

However, this post concerns me because because this is a legitimate issue. Is this person saying that they backed up their website with the free version then was unable to import it into their WordPress database after upgrading to the paid version because of the earlier date of the backup?

This person should have been a high priority because you have a great thing going with your One-Time price as other plugins charge on an annual basis.

He wants his money back but perhaps it is not to late to salvage this. I was thinking on becoming an affiliate for the plugin if you offer that option as I have the platform to promote it but I would like to see this resolved amicably on both sides if possible.

I have been using the plugin for over two years and remember it being 400mb for the free version but even then 400mb was not enough for my site.

I purchase the plugin with the unlimited extension and have had absolute success with it as it takes out ALL the guess work.

My largest money making site is about 4GB and only takes about 30 minutes to restore. Now you may say WOW! THIRTY MINUTES! However, after needing a restore to a money making site, you will probably be so stressed that you will need those thirty minutes to relax with a cup of coffee while the plugin do its thing for you.

You really can’t go wrong with this plugin.

    There is nothing to fix!

That sounds like you have exceeded the limit for the “FREE” version. Just upgrade ONE-TIME for LIFE access with NO recurring monthly or yearly cost to use the plugin on as many sites as you want.

If you have the paid version, then you may have a problem with the host of your website allowing you to import a file over a certain number of Megs; in which case you will simply need to FTP it to the All In 1 Migration folder from your cPanel then do the restore.

Rich, you lost your website because you refused to invest the $69 to save it.

It is obvious that your website was NOT an eCommerce site or it would have been a no-brainer to spend the money.

I am curious as to why you didn’t create a dummy website, backup it up and restore to it to ensure the plugin worked and that you would feel confident in it.

If your site was larger than a certain number in MB then I don’t believe you would have even been able to back it up with the free version and you would have known then that you needed the paid version.

You can still restore your site by just purchasing the ONE-TIME LIFETIME license!

You will need something going forward so what will you use? The free Duplicator backup? That is indeed an option but do your research before using it.

    AMEN Dean!

It never cease to amaze me how people bash this plugin and want everything for FREE!!!!1

Somebody suggest using Duplicator which “supposively” is FREE but they will soon find out what it really cost.

They then complained that the $69 price was too much to pay (I don’t know the cost today as I have been a user of this plugin for a couple of years now with great success). However, the $69 is a ONE-TIME price compared to the yearly price of other plugins.

They failed to realize that they can migrate/backup unlimited sites for ONE LOW PRICE!

Then they believe that other backup plugins backup faster but fail to realize that their entire WordPress database is not being backup, just the changes and can be an absolute nightmare to restore.

Now, after posting all of this, I’m going to see if I can become an affiliate because this really is the way to go!
