I worked with WP E-Commerce Support to resolve the issue. I was told they had to clear some meta data from the database to resolve the issue. I would recommend you get a support token to resolve the issue. You can reference my case.
Nothing has changed that I know of. Our site is sandpaperamerica.com. i will add that it’s not every order. I tried a few that went through ok today, but a majority didn’t.
