I have my form working with Mailchimp, so I have to manually go to mailchimp and remove the spammers email. Feels as if I’m back in the 90’s! HELP!!!Hi Becky, thanks for following up. I believe you have a great product. I used it many years ago on an earlier website, and I can see its improved a lot.
One of the features I like, is how easy is to delete photos, without having to go into ‘Media’, but rather, NextGen takes care of this. This saves a lot of time and keeps website neat and lean.
But I found following up the shortcodes, challenging.

I couldn’t make it work coming from a widget, and nobody from NextGen tech support seemed to know how to make this work when using widgets.
Hope you don’t mind me leaving the comment here. I think this might help others understand that yes, its a great product, but if you are not a programmer or technical person, you might find it challenging.
