Also forgive my inexperience, can you recommend a resource for learning more about what is possible with the DataTables JS library? I am unfamiliar with it beyond its application in Tablepress.

Re: your filtering question: it would be preferable if the visitor could select which icons they are interested in and have only the rows appear for which that icon appears in the last column (via Javascript probably).

I am experiencing the same issue as fuchsdesign. Form and inline link work fine, but then the actual download link goes nowhere and appears to get lost in the directory, as mentioned, in the plugin file.
