Am I using the Search shortcode correctly:
[wppa type=”search”][/wppa]
This displays the search form AND the photo albums.
What is the proper shortcode for just the search form please?

I did not have the RSS url option in the theme configured.
My MailChimp campaign is a ‘RSS-Driven’ campaign.
Hopefully, that will get the newsletter back on track.

I did not realize that my new posts which are sent to our members were ‘pulled’ by MailChimp.
I was always under the assumption that our blog via these plugins ‘pushed’ the new posts to MailChimp.
My bad.
I’ll check with MailChimp support.

I’m sorry I wasn’t very clear.
I’m not sure how it could be a MailChimp issue.
I did not alter any configuration settings with MailChimp.
What happened was I changed themes and had to deactivate my Genesis eNews Extended plugin and replace it with MailChimp for WordPress.
The MailChimp for WordPress plugin settings indicate ‘Connected’ so I must have the correct MailChimp API.

Apparently the theme builder widget area interferes with the uploads.
As you recommended, I removed the old widget instance.
Your shortcode works!
I changed the ‘Upload Photos’ font so that it now appears.
I believe our visitors will now be able to upload photos with ease.

Sorry for wasting your time.
It is good to know the site is working OK.
I have discovered that the problem is with Firefox on a MacBook Pro.
If I use Safari, the photo albums refresh quickly.
If I use Firefox, the photo albums refresh in 5 minutes.
Two weeks ago I totally removed Firefox including all my firefox directories. I then installed a fresh copy. However, it seems I still am having problems with this browser and, its embarrassing because I use Firefox at work on a Windows machine with no problems.
I appreciate your patience in helping me get to the root of the REAL problem.
I am going to abandon Firefox on my MacBook and just use the native Safari browser.
Donation on its way and, keep up the great work on the plugin. You have improved it 100 times over during the past years and, we really appreciate it.
Our site now has nearly 9,000 photos and the front-end uploader makes life so much easier.

The problem has returned. It is taking about 5 minutes to refresh each page.
This time I did not deactivate the WPPA+ plugin – it is still running.
Could you please login and then deactivate the plugin. You should then see that the page refresh goes back to about 2 seconds (instead of 5 minutes).
