In reply to: [Blackhole for Bad Bots] Fatal error@specialk @opajaap I have run both wppa and black hole for years, and if my vote counts, I want to continue running BOTH of these wonderful plugins forever.
I have almost 15,000 photos available on one site and will have over 30,000 photos on my personal site. These plugins are important to my years of work.
Thank you both for your wonderful work and contributions to the WP community.

In reply to: [WP Photo Album Plus] Frontend Upload FailsSorry for the lack of information.
The backend uploads work fine.
When I try to upload on the frontend, the Progress Bar goes green and reaches 100%. As soon as it reaches 100%, the progress bar turns red and states, “Upload Failed”
No further information is displayed.
Does that help?

I used the shortcode: [wppa type=”superview” album=”$Members”]
Cheers!

In reply to: Can’t save the selected Feature ImageThe Imagify plugin inserts an informational box within the Featured Image window. I have contacted their support team for a fix.
Please close this ticket and thank you Amit for the help!

@opajaap Clearing the browser cache worked!
I use Safari and it was acting inconsistent. Firefox worked great however.
Thank you very much Jacob!
Donation on its way.
I appreciate your outstanding help!

I am not sure if the issue was with Series (speaking as an outsider here). But, my hosting provider absolutely will NOT allow Wordfence on its servers. This plugin caused real performance issues with their servers causing them to ban it outright.

In reply to: [WP Photo Album Plus] Leave FullscreenOkay Jacob sounds like a plan! Apple updates their browser every year now, and it’s hard to keep up.
Sorry you had to chase that rabbit down the rabbit hole 😉
Donation forthcoming, and we thank you so much for your wonderful support and consistency over the years.

In reply to: [WP Photo Album Plus] Leave FullscreenGood evening Jacob,
I’m using a MacBook running macOS Catalina 10.15.6 (the latest version).
My browser is Safari ver 13.1.2 (the latest version).
Pressing the four arrow outward icon does not return the photo to normal mode. Nothing happens and the four arrow icon does not change to inward.
The only way I can get the photo back to normal mode (after fullscreen) is by using the esc escape key.
I have turned off ALL Safari extensions (i.e. Grammarly, Pocket, KeeperFill, etc.)
By the way, next month Apple will be shipping the macOS Big Sur and a new version of the Safari browser (ver 14 I believe).

In reply to: [WP Photo Album Plus] Leave FullscreenThank you Jacob for the tip about WordPress 5.5 updating plugins using a zip file! The zip file update worked great.
Here are my observations after the 7.5.05.001 update:
Step #1. When opening the photo it appears in normal mode
Step #2. Then click on FullScreen button, the photo goes to Full Screen
Step #3. Then click on FullScreen button again, the photo remains at full screen and does not return to normal mode
Step #4. In order to get the photo to go back to normal mode, I must press the esc key
Is this the behavior you are expecting?

In reply to: [WP Photo Album Plus] Leave FullscreenGood evening Jacob,
I tested the betatest link on my wife’s iPad, on my iPhone and on my MacBook.
On all three devices, the Leave (Exit) Fullscreen button is now missing.
Hope this helps!
