I’ve discovered it is the Safari extension named Keeperfill. Keeperfill is the extension for my password manager KeeperSecurity.com
When the Keeperfill extension is checked, the WPPA+ plugin Settings are very slow.
When this extension is not checked, the Settings are fast.
I will submit a trouble report with KeeperSecurity.com
Thank you Jacob for helping me narrow down the real problem.

The w3schools link works using Safari.
But, the betatest link does not work using Safari.

Followup. Clearing all Safari cookies/cache did not resolve.
However, after installing Firefox, the Settings pages were fast!
I will do further research and tests of my Safari browser settings.
Something in MacBook Safari browser ver 13.1.2 is causing the Settings pages and options to load real slowwwwwww.
I’ll bet whatever the problem is with Safari it is also causing the problem with the Leave Fullscreen issue as well.

I will clear all cookies, and let you know.
Also, I am going to install the Firefox browser onto my MacBook, and test to see if the Settings pages load really slow.

I tried the https://betatest.opajaap.nl/lightbox-text photos. They open up as fullscreen, but the leave/exit fullscreen (4-arrows) button does not work.
The screen does not return to normal mode when I tick the exit fullscreen button.
Perhaps there any other MacBook Safari users out there who could test this? This would help narrow down the issue (Safari browser or WPPA+)…

My browser is Safari version 13.1.2
I followed the w3schools link that you provided above and tested the fullscreen/exit fullscreen there on the w3schools website. It works great there using my Safari browser.
So, I am wondering if perhaps it is a page load refresh issue? I reported this problem in a separate recent ticket.

Thank you for letting me know. That is a relief. By the way, I really appreciate your translation plugin as I know my relatives in Belgium do as well. You have consistently improved the program (i.e. we really like the fact that we can customize where the flags appear on our site). Keep up the great work!
Thank you very much. We can’t opt for the paid version since our Archive is private, and cannot reside on your servers. This is why our Archive does not have a CDN as well. I remember the translation being almost instant prior to the WordPress 5.0 upgrade though…
I have the same issue. When I choose a different language and then go from page to page there is a significant delay before the translation appears.
For example, if I choose French it takes about 5 seconds for the homepage to appear as french. Then if I choose another page, the page appears in English (default language) and then takes another 5 seconds or so to appear as french.

I was able to upload the PDF on the backend.
The PDF is a 3mb file (32 pages), and it took about 3 minutes to open. Is that normal?
Also, thank you for adding PDFs, audio, and video upload capabilities. I don’t use video very much since the videos are too big. I place my videos on YouTube instead. However, audio is important to my archives for interviews.

I tried to upload a PDF using the front-end this morning, and it still fails.
