Dashboard -> Appearance -> Theme Options -> 3 Featured Boxes -> (Check) Hide Featured Boxes -> Save OptionsFor other queries, you will need to provide your website URL.

“i want to have different pictuere for each page” – Sorry this feature is not built into the theme.
In order to disable the continue reading button you will need to upgrade to the Pro version. And I believe the pictures in your post are already working.

Log into your WP Dashboard and follow this path: Appearance -> Theme Options -> Custom CSS and copy/paste/save the following code.

1. Sorry, there is no default way to flush the image left. Instead you can yourself carve the post in that manner.
2. To show full posts instead of excerpt: Theme Options Panel -> Theme Layout -> Disable Excerpts
