I have a similar problem. I’m not able to update my profile in Ultimate Member. I’ve tried everything possible. I’ve checked my settings on the registration form and on the profile form. When I update information in my profile it does not appear in the profile as updated. what am I not doing?
Great thanks. I’ve deactivated all plugins. I’ve also changed the theme. I deleted some plugins I was not using, and now it’s working. It was not the theme that was a problem, it was definitely a plugin, but I’m not sure which one.
