I’m sorry, but I cannot discuss the university’s business rules and needs on this public forum. However, I find it quite surprising that a support and ticketing plugin vendor does not respond to pre-purchase inquiries. If prospective clients seeking clarity are ignored, how can you guarantee that the tool will work as expected?
You have provided a contact form on your website, a support email, and a phone number, yet despite reaching out through two of these channels, I have received no response. This lack of communication is both disappointing and unprofessional.
If I had used the wrong approach, your team should have guided me on the correct way to seek assistance instead of simply ignoring a potential client.
Now, imagine we have already presented this tool to stakeholders, convinced them it’s the right solution, only for the vendor to remain unresponsive. That would be highly concerning.
I hope to receive a response soon.
