Could this be a htaccess issue?
I have the menu working now…(I removed the zoom property)
However now the Sub menu is not changing
Any help would be appreciated!!

Thank you, I have worked through the markup issues, and I am working through the css issues now, however none have had an impact on the menu issue at all…
I understand about the IE conditional tags, but I am not sure what the issue is to set as a condition
