Hi Jeremy,
I wanted to let you know that I just posted a new blog entry and my subscribers did receive an email notification. Out of the last four blog entries I’ve posted, email notifications only went out for two of them. I’m not sure why the inconsistency exists as I have changed nothing in the back-end, but I will keep you updated.

UPDATE: This issue is still happening. All of my subscribers are not receiving e-mail notifications when a new blog post is made.
Jetpack responded by saying:
“While I can’t give a time frame, we’ll be sure to reply back when we have an update.”Has any progress been made? Is there anything I can do to fix this? My readership is suffering because of my subscribers aren’t receiving their notifications.

Thanks for the quick response. I submitted the support form to you and included three sample email addresses that did not receive an email notification for my new blog entry.
I published this post through the WordPress dashboard.
Your help is greatly apprecaited.
