Hello again,
I am writing to emphasize the critical, reproducible bug within the Variation Swatches for WooCommerce by CartFlows plugin that is severely impacting sales on my e-commerce siteThe issue is: When a guest user attempts to add a variable product to the cart directly from the Shop/Catalog page using the variation swatches, the item is sometimes automatically removed from the cart immediately after being added.
Definitive Diagnostic Steps PerformedI have spent significant time performing exhaustive troubleshooting and have definitively isolated the issue, independent of the hosting environment.
Here are the tests performed (with the Swatches plugin active):
- Plugin Isolation: All other plugins were deactivated, leaving only WooCommerce and Variation Swatches for WooCommerce active. The issue persisted.
- Theme Check: Tested with multiple themes (including a default Kadence and Blocksy ). The issue persisted.
- Browser Check: Tested across Chrome, Opera, and Edge in Incognito Mode. The issue persisted.
- Host Check (Staging): Tested on my current host (Hostinger) using a clean Staging Environment. The issue persisted.
- Host Check (Alternative Host): To rule out Hostinger entirely, the full site was migrated to a completely different server environment (Pantheon). The issue persisted on the Pantheon environment.

Conclusion
Since the bug reproduces across multiple hosting environments, staging sites, and clean plugin setups, the problem is conclusively a core code conflict within the current version of the Variation Swatches for WooCommerce by CartFlows plugin, specifically related to how it handles guest sessions from the catalog page.
Please escalate this to your development team immediately. This bug is actively preventing sales, and I require a patch or a working solution as soon as possible.

Thank you for your reply.
I tried disabling Variation Swatches plugin the issue didn’t happen anymore, also I tried using other themes like Kadence, Blocksy and this didn’t fix the issue.

You are right the issue happens when adding products with attributes.
Adding item to cart from the catalog is done by this plugin Variation Swatches for WooCommerce by CartFlows.
At the testing site: https://staging.yazur.shop/ I deactivated all plugins except WooCommerce and Variation Swatches for WooCommerce to narrow the issue and I downgraded both plugins, I downloaded old versions but the issue still exists.
This is strange because the issue didn’t exist previously, I was testing the site from time to time.

I forgot mentioning that I reproduced the issue on android in different browsers Chrome incognito, Opera & Microsoft Edge.

Its not always reproducible, sometimes the system works fine, and sometimes not.
