Hello @otokalan,
This type of issue is usually caused by a plugin/theme conflict, a custom query/filter, or a multisite-specific restriction affecting the product query.
Also, the page URL you shared seems to be incorrect, so I’m not able to view the affected page.
Could you please check the browser console on the page where the products are not displayed and let us know if you see any JavaScript errors? You can open it with F12 → Console.
It would also be helpful if you could share a bit more detail, such as:
- Whether this happens on all subsites or only one site in the multisite network
- Whether WooCommerce products are published and visible in the selected site
- Any console errors or REST API response details
- Whether temporarily disabling other plugins changes the result
Once we have these details, we can help investigate further.

Hi @ukenpachi ,
This issue has been identified and resolved in version 2.5.12. Please update the plugin to the latest version, it should work without any issues.
Hi @ukenpachi ,
This issue is most likely related to your PHP version. If you using an older version can cause this kind of parse error.
Could you please let us know which PHP version you’re currently using?
Hi @albertosanto ,
Great news, the update has been released 🎉
You can now update the plugin and test it on your side. The category handling with Polylang has been adjusted to properly respect the active language.
Please let us know if everything works as expected after the update.
Hi @albertosanto ,
Thank you again, your last clue about Polylang was very helpful 🙌🏻
The issue is happening because Polylang is currently set to “Show all languages”. In this mode, categories from all languages are loaded at the same time. Since some translated categories share the same structure, the system treats them as if multiple categories were selected, even though you clicked only one.
There are no JavaScript errors. The problem is related to how categories are being loaded when multiple languages are active.
We will adjust the plugin so that it properly respects the active language and only loads categories for that language. This will prevent multiple selections from appearing and should also fix the missing products issue.
Thank you for reporting this so clearly, it really helped us track it down.
Hi @albertosanto ,
First of all, thank you very much for the detailed explanation. Feedback like this really helps us improve the plugin.
What you’re describing looks like a possible JavaScript issue or a conflict with another plugin or the active theme. We will investigate this and identify the root cause, then fix it in an upcoming update.
In the meantime, could you please reproduce the issue and check your browser console (F12 → Console)? If you see any error messages there, please share a screenshot with us. That will help us pinpoint the problem much faster.
Thank you
DoguHi @dtox007 ,
First of all, thank you very much for the detailed and structured report, we truly appreciate the time and effort you put into testing and documenting everything so clearly. That was extremely helpful 🙏
You were absolutely right: the issue was specific to version 2.5.7. After investigation, we identified the root cause as a CSS-related conflict that unintentionally hid the WooCommerce Product Data panel in the admin area.
The problem has now been fully resolved in version 2.5.8.
The update has already been released. Since we use a rolling deployment system, it may take a short time before it appears in your WordPress dashboard. If it’s not visible yet, it should become available shortly.
Thank you again for your thorough testing (including clean environment checks and version rollback confirmation). Reports like yours help us fix issues much faster and improve the plugin for everyone ☺️🙏🏻
Best regards,
DoguHi @gr8leo87 , thank you for your interest in AI Product Tools!
Currently, the plugin generates product descriptions based on text-based product data such as the product name, price, categories, tags, SKU, attributes, custom fields etc. It does not analyze product images to generate descriptions at this time.
That said, image analysis using AI vision capabilities is already on our roadmap as an upcoming feature. Stay tuned!
We appreciate your feedback! 😊🙏
Hi @shealock ,
Thanks for the update and for clarifying the setup. Since the plugin works correctly on another site using the same theme, this strongly suggests that the issue is caused by a conflict with another plugin or a site specific configuration rather than the theme itself.
To help narrow this down, I recommend temporarily disabling your plugins one by one and checking whether the issue disappears. If the problem is resolved after disabling a specific plugin, this will help us identify which plugin is causing the conflict.
Additionally, if possible, please share a relevant error log or the related part of your debug.log file that shows the error you are encountering. Unfortunately, screenshots alone are not sufficient to determine the source of this type of issue.
With either the conflicting plugin identified or a clear log entry, we will be in a much better position to assist you further.
Thanks for your understanding.
Hi @shealock ,
Thanks for explaining the issue in detail. Given the number of products affected, it is understandable that this raises concerns.
We recently released a big update, which caused slight delays in support responses. So far, we have not seen similar reports from other users, which points to a possible plugin or theme conflict specific to your setup. The fact that the product indexing process fails also supports this possibility.
As a first step, could you please confirm whether you have updated to version 2.5.4, released around 17 hours ago?
If the issue still persists after updating, please feel free to email us with a clear and simple description of the problem. I will personally review it and help you move forward.Thanks.
Hi Matteo,
Thank you for your question, this is already possible with AI Product Tools 👍
To clarify both points:
- Generating descriptions without changing product titles
Yes, this is fully supported. You can already generate SEO short descriptions and long descriptions without touching existing titles.
In the Advanced Generator, you can use the Improve Description option from the toolbar to enhance your current product descriptions for SEO.
If you want to keep the existing description and only add new content, simply enable the Keep Existing option in the toolbar. This allows the AI to append new optimized content either before or after your current product description, without overwriting it. - Optimizing existing products for SEO
The same logic applies to titles as well. There is an Improve Title feature that lets you SEO-optimize existing product titles instead of generating new ones from scratch. This way, you can refine and improve current titles only when you want to, while keeping full control.
In short, you can choose exactly what to improve: descriptions only, titles only, or both, and decide whether existing content should be preserved or enhanced.
If you need any help configuring this for your workflow, feel free to let me know.

DoguHi @whichtransfers ,
Google Gemini models are quite generous in terms of pricing and performance. I can confidently recommend Gemini 3.0 and Gemini 2.5, both are compatible with OpenRouter and work well for generating product descriptions.
Regarding DeepSeek compatibility, we are currently working on a new update. We plan to release it as soon as possible, and we will announce it once it is live.
If you have any other questions, feel free to reach out anytime.
Best regards,
DoguHi there @whichtransfers ,
Thanks for the details. This is not entirely due to our plugin.
The model you selected, deepseek-chat-v3-0324, has been removed by OpenRouter. It has been replaced with deepseek-r1-0528. We will update this change in our plugin very soon. 🙏
Until the next update, you can use a different OpenRouter model or switch to another provider and everything should work fine.
Let us know if you need help choosing an alternative model. 😊
Hi @ximaira ,
Thank you for reaching out. At the moment, our plugin does not yet support automatic alt text generation for images. However, this feature is already on our roadmap and will be added in a future update.
Please let me know if you need help with anything else 😊
Best regards,
DoguHi @nectar995511 ,
Thank you for reporting this. From the screenshot, it looks like the plugin’s metabox container is loading on the product edit page, but its content is not being rendered. This usually happens when a browser extension (like an ad blocker) prevents certain scripts from loading, or when another plugin or theme is conflicting with the admin styles or scripts.
Please try the following steps:
- Incognito mode and ad blockers
Open your site in an incognito/private window, log in, and try editing a product again. If you use any ad or script blockers, temporarily disable them, some extensions block scripts containing words like “ai”. - Browser Console and Network tabs
While on the product edit page, open your browser’s developer tools and check the Console for errors. Also check the Network tab for any failed (403, 404, or CORS) requests. If you find any errors, please take a screenshot. - Cache and optimization plugins
Clear your site’s cache. Temporarily disable any plugins that combine, minify, or defer JavaScript (like Autoptimize, LiteSpeed, or WP Rocket). If you’re using Cloudflare, try disabling Rocket Loader and JS minification for a moment. - Plugin conflict test
Deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce and ours. If the metabox appears, reactivate your plugins one by one to identify which one is causing the conflict. - Theme test
Switch to a default WordPress theme like Storefront or Twenty Twenty-Five. If the metabox shows up, the issue is likely with your current theme’s admin CSS or JS. - Version and permissions check
Make sure WordPress, WooCommerce, and our plugin are all updated to their latest versions. If you’re using custom roles, ensure the user has permission to edit products and view metaboxes. - Server or security rules
If your site uses a firewall or security plugin, make sure it’s not blocking admin AJAX requests. If you notice related errors in the console, let us know, we can guide you on what to whitelist.
If the issue persists after trying these steps, please don’t hesitate to contact us again and we’ll be happy to look into it further.
Best regards,
Dogu
