I have EZPZ restore and everytime I try and do a backup it says “error estabishing database connection”

I was using HostUpon when this happened and I contacted them right away. Unfortunately I was not a premium member at the time and they said there is nothing they can do about it. I am thinking about finding a new hosting site.
