Now, Ultimate Lightbox is active: No captions on the additional images and no lightboxeffect with images in articles.
In the article

I deleted the first image and inserted it again making sure, that the “Lightbox?” Checkbox is marked. The image opens in the same tab, if link to media-file is checked, or it doesn’t open if no link is checked.The basic settings for ultimate lightbox have the first three options (images, galleries, videos) checked.

thank your for that idea. In a first try I installed Ultimate Lightbox with no change on the additional images. Unfortunately your lightbox didn’t work with all other images, so I used simple lightbox. Just deactivated it with no change.
Now my new idea is to work with ultimate lightbox again looking for the reason why it doesn’t show my images.
I’ll report my experiences.

Your’re right, we discussed it some time ago, when our page wasn’t online but I couldn’t fix it. I’m wondering, what might hide the titles of the additional images allthough they are in the library. It’s strange, but perhaps anyone has an idea.

RuthNow, that our site is online, it’s much easier to talk about the behaviour.

https://mw-handel.de/sortiment/produkte/For all products only the main image shows the title from the media library, all additional images don’t show any text, allthough it is in the media library.

Good to hear, that it should work. I had allready added titles to all my images, but they are still displayed only for the main image. Deactivating all plugins and reloading the page did’t change anything. I deleted some additional images und reloaded them with no change. The browser shows an empty grey field in the lightbox an the code shows empty lines for title and description.
I also deleted all custom css from my catalog with no change.
Any idea what to try next?

RuthThank you, I also was glad to read that note. Unfortunately it doesn’t work for the additional images on our site (still under construction and pw-protected), allthough I just updated the plugin.
Did you really change the feature for the additional images?
