This seems to be an ordinary contact-form, no option fro granting privileges. And the form throws an error because of required fields even with all required fields filled:-)

To your question: yes I did change the wp-config.php, and the .htaccess like documented and Multisite-Setup is working just fine with these two Websites:

Only the plugin is not showing any posts…
