They’ll reiterate what I explained when you posted these same issues to my blog, namely that the different listing counts are the result of your using an IDX link that has criteria conflicting with the slideshow settings you have. Regarding the spacing problem, it must be specific to your theme or site, because that problem is not recurring elsewhere. We’re happy to help you trouble-shoot the problem with your site and, if we can, make a change to the plugin so it overrides whatever theme or site settings are messing with the slideshow. What doesn’t help a lot is when we have to run around the web responding to the same issues from you on multiple sites. You know our phone number, we’re always accessible, and hope that you’ll work with us there.
